RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we will not process any returns or exchanges. We take pride in keeping your family and our family safe.
REFUND POLICY

We will on issue a refund if you prove that you have received the wrong order or your order was incorrect ( this includes busted bottles, jars and spills). To show proof you must email us at skyroyalebrand@gmail.com with your order number in the subject and a picture of the product in question within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will make it right and reship your order. Failure to send the above information will result in no refund being issued. Refunds will be issues on the same method used to purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Please make sure you input the correct shipping address. If you put the wrong shipping address you have 24 hours to correct it by emailing us at skynroyalebrand@gmail.com with your correct shipping address. Once the order has shipped we are no longer responsible for the order.
