RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to COVID-19 we will not process any returns or exchanges. We take pride in keeping your family and our family safe.
REFUND POLICY
We will on issue a refund if you prove that you have received the wrong order or your order was messed up ( this includes busted bottles, jars and spills). To show proof you must email us a picture of the wrong or defected order, a screenshot of your order confirmation and a screenshot of proof of delivery from USPS within 24 hours of receiving your order. Failure to send the above information will result in no refund being issued. If we decide to issue you a refund it will go to the payment method you used when you placed your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Please make sure you input the correct shipping address. If you put the wrong shipping address you have 24 hours to correct it by emailing us with your correct shipping address. Once the order has shipped we are no longer responsible for the order.
